UN TRIBUTO A LA NATURALEZA

Vinos que nacen de la osadía de nuestro equipo enológico, y, de los hallazgos al observar desde otra perspectiva nuestros viñedos regenerativos en Apalta que se abren como un laboratorio natural perfecto para explorar nuevas posibilidades.
Nuestra tesis era simple y compleja a la vez: un viñedo en un lugar inigualable, la D.O. Apalta, con parras centenarias, suelos rocosos y graníticos en sus laderas, viñedos regenerativos orgánicos y biodinámicos. El terroir de Apalta se nos abría como un laboratorio natural perfecto para explorar nuevas posibilidades.

Entusiasmados, con nuestro equipo de enólogos, nos embarcamos en la aventura de mirar este terroir con otros ojos, buscando hallazgos dignos de vinificar, especialidades que mostraran las diferencias de suelos y o parcelas de estos viñedos tan singulares.

En el recorrido hubo un sinfín de pruebas y ensayos. Al final la hipótesis se comprobaba, habían parcelas que solas o combinadas tenían algo distinto que contar, algo digno de ser descubierto. Nacía TESIS: una línea de vinos osada y distinguida. Una propuesta diferente de un viñedo que lleva más de una década de manejo orgánico y biodinámico, en la que sus suelos se han regenerado a tal nivel que la esencia y composición de estos a variado, ha vuelto al origen y expresa la genuinidad y nobleza de Apalta.

TESIS nos enseña que la naturaleza siempre va a encontrar la forma de sorprendernos y conquistarnos si miramos desde otro punto de vista.
